自律树隐私政策
本程序（自律树）尊重并保护所有使用服务用户的个人隐私权。本程序会按照本隐私权政策的规定使用和披露您的个人信息，本程序将以高度的勤勉、审慎义务对待这些信息。除本隐私权政策另有规定外，在未征得您事先许可的情况下，本程序不会将这些信息对外披露或向第三方提供。本程序会不时更新本隐私权政策。您在同意本程序服务使用协议之时，即视为您已经同意本隐私权政策全部内容。本隐私权政策属于本程序服务使用协议不可分割的一部分。

1 适用范围
1.1 在您使用本程序网络服务，本程序自动接收并记录的您的手机上的信息，包括但不限于您的IP地址、设备属性信息（如设备序列号、IMEI、IMSI、AndroidId、设备型号、操作系统版本等）、已安装APP信息、WIFI信息（如BSSID、SSID等）、剪切板信息
1.2 本程序通过合法途径从商业伙伴处取得的用户个人数据。
2 免责声明
您了解并同意，以下信息不适用本隐私权政策：
2.1 违反法律规定或违反本程序规则行为及本程序已对您采取的措施。
3 权限说明
3.1 网络权限：用于app更新和信息统计等功能
3.2 存储权限：用于app更新文件下载、数据备份
4 使用到的SDK
4.1 Bugly
描述：腾讯Bugly，为移动开发者提供专业的异常上报和运营统计，帮助开发者快速发现并解决异常，同时掌握产品运营动态，及时跟进用户反馈。
使用信息：手机型号、手机品牌、Android系统版本、Android系统api等级、厂商系统版本、cpu架构类型、设备是否root、磁盘空间占用大小、sdcard空间占用大小、内存空间占用大小、网络类型、应用当前正在运行的进程名和PID
4.2 友盟统计分析SDK
使用目的：进行APP运营统计与分析
运营方：友盟同欣（北京）科技有限公司
收集个人信息类型：设备信息（IMEI/MAC/Android ID/IDFA/OAID/OpenUDID/GUID/SIM卡IMSI/ICCID）、位置信息、网络信息、已安装APP信息
5 信息使用
5.1 本程序不会向任何无关第三方提供、出售、出租、分享或交易您的个人信息，除非事先得到您的许可，或该第三方和本程序（含本程序关联公司）单独或共同为您提供服务，且在该服务结束后，其将被禁止访问包括其以前能够访问的所有这些资料。
5.2 本程序亦不允许任何第三方以任何手段收集、编辑、出售或者无偿传播您的个人信息。任何本程序平台用户如从事上述活动，一经发现，本程序有权立即终止与该用户的服务协议。
5.3 为服务用户的目的，本程序可能通过使用您的个人信息，包括但不限于向您发出产品和服务信息，或者与本程序合作伙伴共享信息以便他们向您发送有关其产品和服务的信息（后者需要您的事先同意）。
6 信息披露
在如下情况下，本程序将依据您的个人意愿或法律的规定全部或部分的披露您的个人信息：

6.2 为提供您所要求的产品和服务，而必须和第三方分享您的个人信息；

9 自启动和关联启动说明
当您使用本APP的桌面小部件功能时，手机系统将会在开机后等场景时更新桌面小部件，同时本APP会被系统启动。如果您想关掉此功能，可以在您的手机桌面移除本APP的桌面小部件。
10 账号注册和注销
本程序提供账号注册和注销功能。您可以在本程序中进行账号注册以购买会员，注册入口为：我的 > 解锁高级功能 > 点击微信登录。
若您希望注销账号，您的账号信息包括会员身份将被删除，无法恢复。注销入口为：我的 > 解锁高级功能 > 我的账号 > 注销账号。

3 Permission Description

4.1 Bugly
Description: Tencent Bugly provides professional exception reporting and operational statistics for mobile developers, helping developers quickly discover and resolve exceptions while staying informed about product operations and user feedback.
Information Used: Phone model, phone brand, Android system version, Android system API level, manufacturer system version, CPU architecture type, device root status, disk space usage, SD card space usage, memory space usage, network type, currently running process name and PID of the application.
4.2 Umeng Analytics SDK
Purpose: APP operation statistics and analysis
Operator: Umeng Tongxin (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd.
Personal Information Types Collected: Device information (IMEI/MAC/Android ID/IDFA/OAID/OpenUDID/GUID/SIM card IMSI/ICCID), location information, network information, installed APP information.
5 Information Usage
5.1 This application will not provide, sell, rent, share or trade your personal information to any unrelated third parties, unless prior consent is obtained from you, or such third party and this application (including affiliated companies of this application) provide services to you individually or jointly, and after the service ends, they will be prohibited from accessing all such materials that they were previously able to access.
5.2 This application does not allow any third party to collect, edit, sell or distribute your personal information for free by any means. If any user of this application platform engages in the above activities, once discovered, this application has the right to immediately terminate the service agreement with such user.
5.3 For the purpose of serving users, this application may use your personal information, including but not limited to sending you product and service information, or sharing information with partners of this application so that they can send you information about their products and services (the latter requires your prior consent).

9 Auto-start and Associated Start Description
When you use the desktop widget function of this APP, the mobile system will update the desktop widget after booting and other scenarios, and this APP will be started by the system. If you want to turn off this function, you can remove the desktop widget of this APP from your mobile desktop.
10 Account Registration and Cancellation
This application provides account registration and cancellation functions. You can register an account in this application to purchase membership. Registration entrance: My > Unlock Advanced Features > Click WeChat Login.
If you wish to cancel your account, your account information including membership status will be deleted and cannot be recovered. Cancellation entrance: My > Unlock Advanced Features > My Account > Cancel Account.
